Bowers, past president and co-founder of the New Jersey Pest Control Association and a graduate of Pratt University in chemistry. In the 1930's, Frederick was joined by his son George Bowers. In the 1960's both grandchildren, Robert and Barry Bowers, joined the company. And in the 1990's Heather Bowers, the 4th generation in the family business joined Bowco. Fredrick Bowers was a contributing author of the "Approved Reference Procedures on Subterranean Termite Control" published by the National Pest Control Association. Robert A. Bowers was a pest control graduate of North Carolina State University. Barry G. Bowers graduated courses at Rutgers - The State University of New Jersey & Purdue University and is currently President of Bowco Laboratories. Fredrick, George, Robert and Barry have all been officers and on the Board of Directors of the New Jersey Pest Control Association. Heather Bowers in currently on the Board of Directors of the New Jersey Pest Management Association and is the chair person of the Leadership Program. Bowco Laboratories employs a college trained staff including C.D. Mampe, PhD., past technical director of the National Pest Management Association and a nationally recognized industry leader with broad technical and practical knowledge of the pest control industry. |
